青島春明物流有限公司成立于2007年8月，公司占地面積160畝，建有70000多平方米的現代化的保稅倉庫和6600平方米儲存量達到萬噸的冷庫（冷凍庫及保鮮庫），4800平方米綜合辦公樓，是一家集商貿流通、普通貨運、貨物專用運輸、連鎖超市、保稅倉儲、物流配送為一體的現代綜合性商貿流通企業，被商務部確定為“萬村千鄉市場工程”龍頭企業。 

公司成立以來，以物流倉儲、配送為依托，按照“物流配送中心+鎮級直營中心店+村級加盟店”的模式，建設商貿流通網絡，打造區域商貿分銷、農產品公共配送流通龍頭企業。公司配送中心擁有配送車輛80余部，致力于打造以青島為中心，輻射青島所轄縣市及山東半島銷售網絡，在大力發展農村便利直營超市的同時，迅速利用原銷售網絡進入青島各大銷售賣場，走集團化配送網絡。目前，公司已建立各類名牌專營40個，與五糧液、可口可樂等100余個廠家建立了穩定的供銷關系。
